What’s the difference between the guides?

Guide 2 has a little bit more I.e more cardio, more abs, more techniques. New warm up routines, an exercise glossary and a notes section.

Can I do it from home?

Unfortunately you need gym equipment to complete this guide.

Is it gym based?

Yes, you need access to a gym to complete both guides.

Do I need to do guide 1 to do guide 2?

No, they’re completely separate guides.

Does it matter if I can’t train 6 x a week?

No it doesn’t matter. If you can’t train 6 x a week then prioritise the areas that need training the most.

Can I lose weight on this guide?

Yes, the plan is designed to help you build muscle and burn fat.

NUTRITION GUIDE:

Is it suitable for vegans?

Yes it caters for everyone and I’ve included some specific meals for vegans in there.

What kind of nutrition plan is it?

It’s a guide not a plan, so it’ll help you with all aspects of nutrition, from an understanding to information, to break down of food tables, to meal recipes etc if you do want a personalised plan, please follow our online coaching link.

Is it a plan to lose weight or tone your body?

This is a guide not a plan. You can use the guide for what ever your fitness goals may be, depending on each, so you can tailor it to your goals I.e if you’re bulking you can add in more calories, for cutting you can reduce the calories etc but the info will relate to you regardless.

Will the guide have a meal plan to follow? Or just a guide on macros and calories to consume.

No, the guide doesn’t have a meal plan as such, but I give an example meal plan to follow and from that you can calculate your own meal plans using the recipes that I’ve made.

Will it have best meals/food to lose weight and/or maintain a toned body?

The guide is full of foods which are rich in nutrients, micronutrients and macronutrients. Again, they can be used for all types of goals and objectives.

Does the nutrition guide cater to vegetarians?

Yes it does, I’ve made sure it caters to all kinds of girls with different food preferences including vegetarians. I have included a specific section of meal recipes for vegetarians and vegans.

Will the nutrition guide be carb cycling?

No, this guide focuses on healthy meals, healthy snacks and recipes you can follow and a break down of food tables, nutritional information and an understanding of different types of food and how they work in your body.

Is there a counting macros guide? Or how to figure out the right macros?

No there isnt a counting macros guide as this is more suited to one to one online coaching, however I have given example macros for each meal in the guide and for you to choose from the meals which suits you best.
